Stolen/Lost Packages
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon inquiry, we can confirm the delivery with the shipping company and the address provided.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Items for return should be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days from the date that we have provided the return label or shipping instructions. Please note that we may not proceed with the refund if the item has been shipped back to us after 7 days or more. Furthermore, please contact our support team and provide the tracking number of the returned items in order for us to keep track of the parcel until received in our warehouse address.

Please note that we charge a $5-10 restocking fee per item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or appear to be in a heavily used condition, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, dents, etc.

Products that are more than 25% used will not be accepted for return.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For local delivery orders over $10 within the Twincities (Minneapolis, St.Paul) is $10 delivery fee. For orders under $10, we charge $15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 12-3pm on Friday & Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12 flat rate shipping to [United States].
